1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk64 platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the pk64 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and pk64 ("pk64", "we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 The pk64 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Use of the Platform by any person under 18 is strictly prohibited.

2.2 By creating an account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to your location and jurisdiction.

2.3 pk64 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be verified may be suspended without notice pending verification. Any winnings accrued during a period of unverified age may be voided at pk64's absolute discretion.

2.4 It is your personal responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the pk64 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. pk64 does not warrant that the Platform is legally accessible from all locations. Pakistani players are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable domestic laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 You may only hold one active account on the pk64 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without return of funds.

3.2 You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. Any material misrepresentation in your registration information will constitute a breach of these Terms.

3.3 pk64 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC) and, where requested, proof of address and/or source of funds before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.

3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pk64 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.5 You must notify pk64 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

4.1 pk64 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods may vary and are subject to change at pk64's discretion.

4.2 All deposits are final once processed. pk64 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for a withdrawal must be the same method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by pk64 in writing.

4.3 Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. pk64 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are estimates only and may vary.

4.4 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform. These limits may be amended by pk64 at any time with reasonable notice.

4.5 pk64 reserves the right to reverse or void transactions where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other prohibited conduct.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 All bets and wagers placed on the pk64 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, game or event. These rules are available within the relevant product section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 pk64 reserves the right to void any bet where an error in odds, pricing or game settings has occurred, whether as a result of technical error, human error, or data feed failure.

5.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or the outcome of a game, pk64's decision shall be final, subject to the formal disputes process set out in Section 13.

5.4 In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at pk64's discretion, including during live events. Bets already accepted prior to suspension will stand unless voided under these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 pk64 may offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds or other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the point of offer.

6.2 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, or collusion with other players, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.3 pk64 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 pk64 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players can access deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cool-off periods and permanent self-exclusion tools from within their account settings.

7.2 If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, you are strongly encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion facility. Once a permanent self-exclusion has been activated, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk64 Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting to exploit outcomes;
• Money laundering or any use of the Platform to conceal the proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits;
• Providing false identity documentation during KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law;
• Any conduct intended to manipulate or exploit the Platform's systems, games or promotions.

Breach of this Section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk64 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software and databases, is the property of pk64 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed or modified without the prior written consent of pk64.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk64 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

10.2 pk64 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruptions. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.

10.3 pk64's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data

pk64 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing. KYC documentation is retained for the periods required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

12. Amendments

pk64 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the Platform or by email prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk64 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to pk64's internal complaints process by contacting support.

13.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through pk64's internal process within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body as designated by pk64's licensing authority.

13.3 These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
